Crisis Management Strategies for Your Children and Family

Four free workshops via Zoom to learn.  For families in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln Counties. Taught in Spanish.

Classes are held on Fridays from 6-7:30pm.

1. May 6.  How to control your emotions and understand what you feel so you don’t hurt your family.
2. May 13. The languages of loves and effective communication with children on their different ages.
3. May 20. Develop smart family goals adjusted to your budget
4. May 27. Communication and relationship when parents are separating.
