Nurturing Parenting Prenatal Families
Without a doubt, parenting your baby with nurturing skills at the prenatal time of development is one of the most important actions you can do to increase the chances that your baby will grow in body, mind, and character. Families will develop positive prenatal parenting skills by learning to take good care of themselves, promote the growth of empathy, and build a safe, healthy, and caring home environment. - Handling Stress
- Empathy and Compassion
- Child Guidance
This class is intended to be taken during late pregnancy before your baby arrives.
Class meets on Mondays, Sept 18 – Dec 18, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Mid-Willamette Family YMCA, Community Room, 3201 Pacific Blvd. SW, Albany.
Cost: Free. Childcare and a meal are available.
