Childbirth Preparation: Comfort Techniques

This class will explore how to prepare for labor by understanding your support team and birth preferences. You’ll learn physical comfort measures, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, tips for managing a long labor and various labor positions to promote comfort and progress.

This class is for expectant parents in the third trimester.

Class meets virtually on December 4, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
