This class helps parents prepare for birth and care for a new baby. You’ll learn what to expect during labor and birth, ways to stay comfortable with or without medicine, and discuss possible medical interventions, including cesarean birth. The class also covers how to care for yourself and your baby after birth, and how to get breastfeeding off to a good start.
This class is for parents in their third trimester of pregnancy. Space is limited, so please sign up early!
Class meets: January 26-28, 2026, from 4:30–6:30 pm online via Microsoft Teams.
Cost: Free. After you register, you’ll get an email (a day or two before the first class, or the morning of) with details about where to go and what to expect. If you’re on the waitlist, you’ll only be contacted if a spot opens up.
