Milk Your Way: Gentle Guide to Pumping, Bottles, and Formula (Virtual)

Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy or navigating feeding decisions in the early postpartum weeks, this workshop is here to support you with practical knowledge and compassionate guidance. This workshop will cover:

• When and how to start pumping or expressing milk
• Feeding tools – how to use them
• Bottle feeding—timing, types, and techniques
• Formula feeding—choosing and preparing safely

Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized guidance in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

This workshop is on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, online via Zoom.
