La Leche League – Lactation Support & Encouragement

La Leche League is an international, non-profit, secular organization dedicated to providing education, information, support, and encouragement to parents, families, and communities who want to breastfeed, chestfeed, and human milk feed their babies. All pregnant and breastfeeding parents and their support people are welcome to join the community of local breastfeeding parents, attend virtual meetings, or call a LLL Leader for lactation help and information.

Leche League Willamette Valley hosts two *free* online meetings per month for those who want virtual lactation encouragement and support.

You must be a member of the private Facebook group to attend meetings and talk with other parents,  but new members are always welcome (it’s free)!  You can see the listing of meetings and events on the public Facebook page. What happens at a La Leche League meeting? www.llli.org/la-leche-league-meetings/

If you need detailed personal help, we encourage you to contact a Leader directly by phone, text, email, or Facebook messenger. La Leche League Leaders are experienced breast/chest/human milk feeding parents who are familiar with research and current findings dealing with all aspects of nursing. Leaders offer breast/chest/human milk feeding families practical information and support through group meetings and telephone, messenger, and email support. Local LLLeader Line 541-714-3370
