Live & Learn Discovery Lab
Learn how to follow your child’s natural sense of wonder and desire to explore in this STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) based class for children and their parent/caregiver. Participants will learn the importance of play-based learning as they measure, build, experiment, problem-solve, and discover the world together.
This class is for parents/caregivers and their children, 2.5 – 5 years old. Enrolled adults are required to pass the Greater Albany Pubic School’s background check in order to participate.
Class meets on Tuesdays, 9:30-11:20 am from January 6-March 10, 2026, at Albany High School, 3705 Columbus St SE, Albany.
Cost:$100/adult and one child. $10 lab fee for each additional child. Partial tuition grants are available for those facing financial challenges.
