Parenting Book Club: “The Power of Showing Up”

This course is taught in Spanish
In this free 6-session book club for parents and caregivers, we’ll be reading and discussing “The Power of Showing Up” by Daniel Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson. This book will empower your parenting by sharing go-to strategies, illustrations, scripts, and stories that will help you ensure your child feels safe, seen, soothed, and secure. This book is based on the latest research in children’s brain development and attachment theory. If you find that you’re trying hard to “re-parent” yourself while parenting your kid, or you just want to feel more confident and happy as a caregiver and make sure your kiddos are more confident and happy as well, this awesome, cozy book club is for you. It’s never too early or too late to cultivate a healthier, happier emotional landscape for you and your child.
This group is for families with children ages 0-12.
