This class is for expecting moms in the Lincoln City area. Attendees may bring a friend or family member along- women only, please.
Class meets on Mondays, 11 am – Noon, at New Moon Yoga Studio inside the Lincoln City Cultural Center, 540 NW Hwy 101, Lincoln City. Can’t make it inperson? Join online via Zoom. Email the instructor for a link.
Cost: Free. All yoga supplies are provided, including mats!
