Stronger Together for Young Parents

This course is taught in Spanish

Young Roots Oregon invites you to Stronger Together. Stronger Together, when you’re down, you reach out to someone else, when you’re good you help those who need a hand. Stronger together incredibly powerful as one. Stronger Together is a social support group for those (ages teen to 24 years old) who are mothering . View flyer in English and Spanish.

Open to those in the mothering role. We will meet once a month to have some friendship connection with other moms while we have some self care, do some crafts/games/activities and more.

The Young Roots Stronger Together meets on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 4:30 – 6 pm at the Young Roots Oregon Family Hub (Periwinkle Plaza, 1630 SE 9th Ave, Albany).

Dinner available at 4:30pm. Childcare and transportation provided.

Young Roots Oregon is a culturally specific organization for teen parents through age 24, but if a partner/co-parent is older than 24 years old, they may attend courses and events as we believe in empowering the family unit as a whole.

To RSVP, text or call Breanna Volkers at (541) 203-3656.
