Making Parenting a Pleasure – Virtual

Parents/caregivers will learn practical ideas for improving self-care, reducing stressors, integrating children into family rules and routines, calming overwhelming emotions, establishing effective discipline, and celebrating children through recognition and special time. 

This class is for caregivers of children ages 0-10. This is a “remote” learning course available to those with access to an internet device with a camera and microphone.

Class meets online on Tuesdays, 5:30-7:20 pm, Mar 31 -Jun 2, 2026.
