Childbirth Preparation: Newborn Care & Feeding

This class will cover what to expect with your baby’s appearance and senses, common procedures during the first few hours and days after birth, the benefits of rooming-in, safe sleep practices, and when to contact your baby’s health care provider. It will also include an overview of breastfeeding basics and formula feeding.

This class is for expectant parents in the third trimester.

Class meets virtually on December 15, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
