• When to reach out for support
• Common challenges and solutions
• What to do in preparation for breastfeeding
• Follow-up breastfeeding eBook

This class is for expectant mothers and their support person. It includes 60–90 minutes of breastfeeding education and an eBook for reference after class.

This workshop is on Sunday, October 26, 6:00 – 7:30 pm, at Sole to Soul Yoga, 208 Fifth Ave SW, Albany.

Cost: $15 per person/$30 per couple
