Childbirth Preparation: Postpartum Care

This class will discuss physical changes after birth, recognizing signs of postpartum hemorrhage and preeclampsia, and understanding the emotional adjustments of new parenthood. It will also cover perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, along with lifestyle changes and helpful tips for recovery.

This class is for expectant parents in the third trimester.

Class meets virtually on December 17, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
