Cooking with Pumpkin – Family Workshop

In this fun and festive free workshop, we will use locally-sourced ingredients to make delicious roasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas), delicious stuffed pumpkins, and rainbow salads! Involve your children in the magic of cooking nutritious, beautiful foods together! Learn tips to entice your child to eat healthy and unfamiliar foods, and enjoy the messy and fun process of making delicious (and kid-friendly) snacks, dinner, and salad together. In the end, take home an entire meal to enjoy, sourced by local farmers, vendors, and donors!
