Ready for Kindergarten

The READY! for Kindergarten school-readiness program empowers parents and caregivers to succeed in their roles as children’s first and most influential teachers. READY! provides tools and activities to optimize the natural curiosity of children and to nurture learning and development.

This early literacy learning class is open to any parent or guardian with a child aged 3-4 years.

Spanish class: June 16 and June 23rd
English class: June 18 and 25th

This class meets from 6-7:30 pm at the Young Roots Oregon Family Hub (Periwinkle Plaza, 1630 SE 9th Ave, Albany).

Cost: Free. Refreshments are provided, and families are encouraged to eat dinner before they come. Childcare is available for children 8 and younger. Please do not bring older children with you to class.
