Introduction to Whitney Harwood

Hey! I’m Whitney Harwood- a California native, Mexican almost resident turned Oregonian after 7 years here. I’m married to a supportive husband, Tony, and we have twin 2-year-old boys and a 4-year-old daughter.

Motherhood for me has been filled with many different experiences, joys, and challenges. Just when I feel like I might be getting the hang of this kid-raising thing, something new comes up and reminds me that humbles me. I have a unique take on motherhood as a mom of multiples and a special needs child. I’m 13 years sober and a cancer and trauma survivor, but being a mom has been my biggest challenge and proudest accomplishment.

Outside of all that I do with my kids, I’m passionate about advocating for differently abled kids, the mental health of moms, and finding identity outside of motherhood. Baseball, bacon, and Mexican food are my other interests.
