Home Birth Preparation

Come prepare yourself and your partner for your upcoming home birth! This class will cover what to expect during labor, comfort measures, coping techniques, an overview of the birth process, and more. This class will equip you and your partner to have a beautiful, informed, and empowered birth experience. This class is taught by local doulas who are also Mdivally Birthing Services birth assistants!

This class is intended to be taken during late pregnancy before your baby arrives.

Class meets at MidValley Birthing Services, 3111 Santiam Hwy SE Suite H, Albany, on the first Saturday of each month from 9 am to noon.

Cost: $150 per couple, and may be covered for families with OHP.

Space is limited to 7 couples per class. Preregistration and a non-refundable deposit are required.
