Are you pregnant or did you have a baby? Do you feel sad, irritated, isolated, anxious? Join us at Juntas con Esperanza, in Spanish. This group is for moms who are pregnant or have preschool children at home. We will have delicious food to share.

Any woman, no matter her culture, age, income, or race, can develop depression or anxiety. These symptoms can appear at any time during pregnancy and up to 12 months after the birth of your baby. There are effective treatment options that can help you recover. Support groups have been proven to be of great benefit.

Come to Juntas Con Esperanza, offered by Samaritan Albany General Hospital and Healthy Families of Corvallis. In this group, you will find a place where you will be heard, understood, supported, and informed. We are waiting for you, do not miss it!
