Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshop
Research shows that parents who have breastfeeding education during pregnancy/prior to their child’s birth have greater success during their breastfeeding journey. This class provides 60-90 minutes of breastfeeding education and includes an eBook for reference following the class attendance. View flyer
This workshop covers some of the following:
- What to expect
- Basic anatomy and physiology “how breastfeeding works”
- When to reach out for support
- Common challenges and solutions
- What to do in preparation for breastfeeding
- Follow up Breastfeeding eBook
This workshop is on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 6:30 – 8 pm at 208 SW 5th Ave, Albany, OR 97321 (workshop takes place inside the Sole to Soul Yoga studio) – located behind next to Fortier Chiropractic between ABC house and Enterprise).
Cost: $15 per person / $30 per couple
