Live & Learn Discovery Lab

Learn how to follow your child’s natural sense of wonder and desire to explore in this STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) based class. Participants will learn the importance of play-based learning as they measure, build, experiment, problem-solve, and discover the world together. View flyer.

This class is for parents and their children ages for ages 2 ½ to 5 years. Enrolled adults must pass the Greater Albany Public Schools background check before participating.

Class meets on Tuesdays, 9:30 – 11:20 am, from Sept 29 – Dec 1, 2026, at South Albany High School, 3705 Columbus St SE, Albany.

Cost: $105/adult and one child. Adults bringing more than one child will pay an additional lab fee of $10 for each child.
