Childbirth Preparation: Cesarean Birth

This class will cover common reasons for a cesarean birth, include a video overview of the procedure, and discuss family-centered cesarean options. You’ll also learn what to expect during the recovery process.

This class is for expectant parents in the third trimester.

Class meets virtually on December 11, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
