Childbirth Preparation: Labor

This class will cover what to expect during labor, the 5P’s of labor, how to time contractions, when to contact your provider or go to the hospital, and an overview of how labor progresses — from the stages of labor through pushing and birth.

This class is for expectant parents in the third trimester.

Class meets virtually on December 1, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
