Do you want to stress less and have more fun as a parent? In this free class, caregivers of children ages 0-10 will explore ways to Make Parenting a Pleasure. Learn how to take care of yourself during the demands of parenting and learn strategies to interact better with your family. Learn techniques for disciplining and guiding your children in a positive way.
This class is for parents/caregivers with children ages 0-10 years.
The class is held on Thursdays, 5:30-7:20 pm, from January 8-March 12, 2026, at LBCC Albany Campus, 6500 Pacific Blvd SW, LM-115-16, Albany.
Cost: Free, with child care and dinner provided at 5:30 pm.
