Childbirth Classes

This 6-week series helps expectant parents prepare for birth and early parenting.  Learn how to have a healthy pregnancy and birth, how to handle labor, and how to care for and feed your baby.  A Spanish interpreter will be available. View flyer in English and Spanish.

This class is for expectant parents in the third trimester.

Class meets on Wednesdays, Nov 6 – Dec 18, 2025, from 5:30-7:30 pm at the Newport Recreation Center, 225 SE Avery St, Newport.

Cost: Free. Dinner will be provided. Participate incentives include a backpack diaper bag, baby toys, thermometers, diapers, and more!
