What You’ll Learn:
- Mid-Pregnancy Changes: Understand your body and feel supported
- Labor & Birth: Comfort strategies, birth planning, and what to expect for all types of birth — unmedicated, epidural, and C-section
- Bringing Baby Home: Soothing, diapering, bathing, and safe sleep

This class is designed for expectant parents and their chosen support person. Most families find 30–32 weeks ideal for attending, but you are welcome to join whenever feels right for you—earlier or later in your pregnancy.
Class meets on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Samaritan Albany General Hospital, Reimer Room, 1046 6th Ave SW, Albany.
What to Bring: Your own lunch and any drinks you like. The instructor will provide coffee, water, and light snacks to keep you comfortable throughout the day.
Cost: $125. HSA/FSA fund eligible.
