Connected Sleep: Supporting Babies & Parents Together
Are you navigating nap struggles, bedtime battles, or middle-of-the-night wake-ups? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. Join us for a supportive, evidence-based sleep workshop designed to help you understand your baby’s sleep needs and feel more confident responding to them.
Led by a compassionate expert with experience in infant and toddler sleep, this class offers practical tools and realistic strategies that respect your parenting style and your child’s development.
This 60–90 minute workshop will explore:
- Sleep Environment: How to create a safe and calming space for rest
- Bedtime Routine & Sleep Props: Building routines that work and navigating items your baby relies on to sleep
- Sleeping Through the Night: What it really means and when it might happen
- Night Feedings: When they’re needed and how to manage them
- Awake Times & Naps: Understanding wake windows and improving daytime sleep
- Short Naps: Why they happen and what you can do about them.
Come as you are—there will be space for questions, reassurance, and real talk about what works (and what doesn’t).
This workshop is on Sunday, May 25, 2025, from 4:00 – 5:30pm, at Sole to Soul Yoga, 208 Fifth Ave SW, Albany.
Cost: $15 per person
