Free childbirth education classes in English with Spanish interpretation are available for pregnant people in Lincoln County. Learn what to expect with American prenatal and maternity care, plus a baby shower and gifts for new parents! View flyer in English and Spanish.

Class topics include:
• What to expect during pregnancy, labor, and childbirth
• Medicated and non-medicated comfort measures
• Medical interventions associated with complications
• Cesarean birth
• Care of the birthing parent and infant during the first hours, days, and weeks postpartum
• Infant feeding

Dinner is provided.

Class meets on Thursdays, 5:30 – 7:30 pm, September 18 – October 23, 2025, at Newport Recreation Center, 225 SE Avery St, Newport.
