Milk Your Way: Gentle Guide to Pumping, Bottles, and Formula (Virtual)

Whether you’re preparing during pregnancy or navigating feeding decisions in the early postpartum weeks, this 60–90 minute workshop is here to support you with practical knowledge and compassionate guidance. Led by a registered nurse with experience in infant feeding, this class is designed to empower you with the confidence to choose what’s best for your baby and your family.

This workshop will cover:

  • When and how to start pumping or expressing milk
  • Essential tools and how to use them
  • Bottles—when to introduce them, different types, and feeding techniques
  • Formula feeding—when to consider it, how to choose a formula, and how to prepare it safely

Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized guidance in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

This workshop is on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 6:00 – 7:30pm, online via Zoom.

Cost: $12 per person
